2008 Ballroom Rental Guidelines

The grand Sycamore Ballroom seats 300 guests and is truly one of the most elegant locations for your special event. We require a minimum purchase of food and beverage for Saturday events. The room rental will be waived if your food and beverage order meets or exceeds $4,500 (prior to sales tax and service charge)

The intimate Poplar Ballroom lends itself perfectly to smaller events where seating capacity does not exceed 125 guests. We do require a minimum purchase of $1,800 in food and beverage (prior to sales tax and service charges) for a portion of room rental fee to be waived.

   Additional Information:

  • The ballroom will be set by the hotel at least 2 hours prior to the event.

          This will allow you 2 hours for any personnel decorating and detailing

  • We offer a complimentary centerpiece for use during your event.

           You are welcome to furnish your own centerpieces to suit your theme

  • Ballroom rental is inclusive of tables, chairs, china, cutlery, glassware and linen

          (all standard property of hotel)

  • We offer a dance floor at an additional fee
  • We are pleased to offer a complimentary King room to our newly weds (subject to availability)
