The Hawthorne Inn is Winston-Salem's perfect venue for virtually all social events -- ranging from wedding receptions to family reunions, church banquets to holiday parties. Each event is unique and customized to satisfy every taste. Our chefs prepare sumptuous hors d'oeuvres, exquisite formal dinners, decadent desserts and everything in between.

Our ballrooms seat 80 to 300 people and can be divided to create more intimate spaces for rehearsal dinners, a wedding brunch or smaller reception. The room rental for our ballroom is based on food consumption guidelines.

What can I expect?

• Round 60 inch tables set with linen tablecloths and linen napkins

• Ballroom will be set with gift table, cake table, dance floor, DJ tables or area for band as well as round tables for guests. Head table will be set if required. A room diagram is pre-planned and approved by the client.

• China , silver, linen, glassware, tables and chairs are provided at no extra charge. The hotel also offers a complimentary centerpiece

• Cake cutting is provided by our staff, complimentary

• Room set up will be completed two hours prior to the event

• All food and beverage, including alcohol, must be provided by the hotel

• Our event planners will assist you with menu creation, room set up requirements and any special needs.
